Is that true that the Moon is a 3D frequency emitor?

Is that true that the Moon emits frequencies intended to maintain 3D reality and therefore is harmful for ascending individuals? I heard this in Steve Nobel's meditations and now am wondering whether the lunar energies are harmful for us. And if yes, how do we protect ourselves as the Moon energies are very deeply intertwined with our daily life. It would be great to know the GFL advice on that.
