Is someone trying to remote view me?

I live in Australia, so we have daytime when other parts of the world have night time.

I have been awakening in the middle of the night recently and I see frames in the darkness of the night, of bright daytime events sometimes with people I do not know, (observing me)

When I concentrate on what I am seeing or turn a light on the images disappear, like they realise I am looking at them and they exit quickly.

Never woken up in the middle of the night and seen full brightness of daytime before
