Is Infrared-light spectrum (for example a infrared-cabine) an elite agenda? is it keeping us in lower dimensions (red/root chakra) Does anybody know?
Can we use infrared-light (infrarot-cabine for exemple) sad to heal without fearing or is it an elite agenda? I am asking because the lightspectrum would be the lowest corresponding to the red root chakra? we had an interesting discussion lately in which we asked at the end our self if this could be one of the things they always teached us to be good, even though it keeps us in lower dimensions? My self i feel it as relaxing, nevertheless the thought is still there. Is anybody out there knowing more about it? Thank you so much sending love & light.

This is a really interesting question! Infrared light can have some healing benefits to the body at short intervals, it is still electromagnetic radiation though, and I would say-this is just my guess- that continuous prolonged exposure to it could potentially have a negative effect on our energy field and body. Short term exposure shouldn't be a problem both physically or energetically. Just my two cents! It would be great to know what the GFL says about this 😉
@vxtinkerbell In medical study, infrared therapy has many roles in the human body. These include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure.. Having said that, there are also side effects using it.
@dfleurs71 thank you so much for letting me know and your comment. Excactly as you say is also my knowledge. I don‘t get it yet all regarding chakras but have red somewhere that infrared spectrum is lower and under root chakra red spectrum. I am worried since i have an infrared cabine which i tink or fell does good for me. Nevertheless if side effect would be keeping me or throwing me back to lower dimension that would be cruel😵💫. ❤️🌈🌸💓love & light from Tinkerbell
I do not have an answer for you. but I would love to know much more about light frequencies and how we can use them to better our lives.
@vxtinkerbell I think you are probably ok to use it for short periods of time (I have read 10 minutes max per use and only a few times per week? not sure if this is correct though) , if it does good for you -just not extensive prolonged use. If I were to use it and followed the recommended amount of time I would take periods of long breaks in between.That way you are really mitigating the adverse effects and still retaining the benefits 😊 ❤️
