Human ethnicity and hybridisation

Are different human ethnicities or ‘races’ actually different hydrid experiments that were kept separate from each other for long periods of time to tinker with? I know certain ethnicities have naturally higher DNA in certain areas relating to specific Starseed connections; could the GFL elaborate on this? And does this also relate to skin colour - and is it true that humans’ natural skin colour is dark (melanin benefits etc)?
