How powerful is using your voice to tone? What is the significance? Does it strengthen our intention? Is it possible to sound with intention to manifest health, heal imbalances in the body (one's own and others), clean energies, open portals, activate crystals or manifest in general? Where is the limit of what is possible?
I really believe in the power and impact of sound frequencies and in using ones own voice for chanting. Several years ago I went to a course in Sound healing in Spain, it was amazing. This night I had a dream that I received a specific sound to use for chanting in order to connect with the energy that I experience when I am in deep meditation.
It is much much more powerful to tone, sing, verbalize, than to just think your concept in your head. This is one of the concepts that i'm bringing in my saturday's group sessions. @emma-oden1 yes I am sure that sound frequency does have an impact. I remember they talked about that in one of Dolores Cannon's books, I think it was in the "sacred hidden knowledge" book where they paid attention to the architecture of the church, especially in the Choir because the shape of the ceiling would impact the frequency and then raise the vibration of the people singing underneath.
Your dream is interesting because I think the frequency of WORDS have an impact too, last night I dreamt about the word "Lucifer", someone pronounced it and I was immediatly taken to a matrix (I could see the matrix like in the movie "Lucy" where the girl can see matrixes, and I hated the matrix that word had brought me into, so I said "No , I want OUT ! " so I was taken out immediatly and it was there to show me how the energy/frequency of a word can bring you to a certain matrix, which means it can materialize a certain reality. So yeah, the intention is important because it does bring with it a certain vibration and we know that it is the vibration that manifests your reality. If you say something to someone out of fear, he or she will respond to that fear. Anyway, I am rambling.....;Yes I agree with you and your dream is amazing, I love it ! It sounds like the dreams I have. Those dreams help me for my clients in hypnosis sessions because the lady I had a session with this afternoon was taken to a matrix of peacefulness 😍

Yes it is more powerful using ones own voice to tone and chant with intention. I am curious to what the GFL can elaborate about the subject of using our voice in toning/chanting/singing when we wish to manifest something and to what degree manifesting is possible when toning/chanting/singing.
How wonderful that you applying the concept of sound in the group-sessions that you facilitate and with great results. Wish you all the best with what you are doing!

Thank you Marie for responding and sharing what you read from the book of Dolores Cannon. Sound frequencies through our voices and the frequencies of words are indeed very interesting subjects.
Happy to read what you experienced in your dream, it is really, really interesting, thank you for sharing! I believe that this is true, that a word (which is frequency/energy) spoken with intention (which is the director and amplifier) can put you in a specific matrix that matches that frequency.
It's like words and sounds are portals to different places in consciousness and to different realms (according to the universal law of as above so below, that what exists in the outer also exists within and on one level they are the same).
When it comes to dreams indeed they are amazing, I feel very grateful, this year it is like my dreams and meditations has really open a new realm for me, sometimes I feel that my dreams are more real and more interesting than my awake time. I travel a lot in my dreams and I get oftentimes detailed information, and sometimes I get tools. And during my meditations I get really interesting experiences, travelling with my consciousness to different places and sometimes having visitors, some of them I can see with my inner eye.
I feel really happy to hear that you also experience an amazing dreamtime that gives you interesting information and also help you with facilitating healing for your clients, that is really wonderful. I am certain that you are a great practitioner in your field.
