All electromagnetic radiation not specifically attuned to nature is "bad" for living beings. However, we, can raise our frequency so that we are not affected. We also can make up shields, or use creative power to find solutions. E.g. stick a piece of paper on your phone, with the text "This device is beneficial for me" and sign it. Or draw an infinity sign. Or draw a Flower Of Life. Or the AUM symbol. Whatever resonates with you. This is just 1 example. Use your imagination. But only if you fear EMF a bit. Best is to not have fears.
