What can the GFL generally do to help us move to higher timelines? What do they think we should do / think about / how should we act etc, to move up to higher timelines? 🙂
Ironically as complicated as this entire thing is... I believe the answer is simple. We just need to be good to eachother and enjoy our lives being human allowing for soul growth to take place. If humans practiced being still more and finding things that make them laugh often with joy in our hearts theres no doubt the universe will reflect happier lives to us all. Giving gratitude and respect to both light and dark for the teachings it brings our souls growth.
@heidifihlmangmail-com-2-2-2 Because of the Law of Non-intervention the GFL can not do anything. However if you watched some of the gfl gatherings with EA it becomes clear what to do. Just like @maree72 says live your life with joy and love. EA says (or was it Baktik or Kinetic) raise your frequency with gratitude, stay above polarity, observe don't judge. EA also said we should from time to time do something totally new. I can add do things where you forget the time, like singing, making music, cooking, making art, yoga. Don't watch your watch, as time flies you're in 5D. Skip the news, visit nature as often as you can. Walk barefoot, take a cold shower. Connect with people.

And because i have heard these exact words coming from author unknown i think it should be signed as Author well known because its obvious a reminder to us all from a collection of all our higher selves, higher self. Least it feels that way.... Just sayin... Anyways . I could print flyers and leave these little reminders on Rocks i paint that tons of people at botanical gardens could read and take their own photos of. Do my part spreading the wisdom.
Oh my god u would not believe the life changing ephiphany that just took place. You completely helped me realize how i can best take my part of the journey without being intrusive. Thank you so much for that experience.!

This topic could also be a little help answering "what can we actually do"
I once heard that the GFL can help us remove old non active timelines, and every now and then we will have a massive shift.. a timeline becomes inactive if we all use our free will to focus on something other than this timeline, then that whole thing will disapear... we have free will to choose what to focus on, i was kind of wondering if the GFL would want to us quit focusing on certain things .. so those timelines can be completly removed. And if we were to ask a question like this, could they then tell us?
But yeah, they do tell us often to keep a high viberaton, focus on the good things, meditate, be happy, be nice, feel love etc.. i guess that is how we can help .. But if we do our part well, then what can they do?
The GFL do help us all the time in indirect ways.. timeline shifts, seding high vibrations and light down to the planet, helping us upgrade and activate high vibrational DNA so that we then in turn become more prone to feel love and focus on the good things etc.. It would be interesting to hear them speak on this more. Something like, what would they wish that we did, so that they can then help more somehow?
Is there some specific outcome they would want us to focus our energy on? Yes we have free will but if we use our free will to ask them? Would they want us to focus on this possability that the whole planet might shift to 5D with the help of a solarflair/source light love? Would they want us to focus on feeling love and forgiveness for all humans on earth? Would they want us to focus on something else? It would be cool to hear their answer. 🙂
