How can we live in a long-term relationship without creating karma?

In august the GFL said that the majority of Starseeds here, the Planet Earth need to clear romantic relationship karma in order to move on from Planet Earth. But Asana (I think she was her name) said there is an ability to learn in this lifetime how to be in a relationship that is so clean energetically that we are not creating karma. I feel that I am exactly in this process to learn this. Can GFL give some advice on how to make it faster and more efficient? Or how can we live in a long-term relationship without creating karma?
