Hot spots for manifestation (as mentioned in The Seth Material)

Is there truth to the hot spots as mentioned in The Seth Material? If so, could you tell us where? I live in a low vibrational area & am sole caregiver to my dad, but will be able to move anywhere after he sadly reaches his exit point. I have heard the west coast, Utah, great lakes, Chicago, and parts of the east coast are great for manifestation. Is this true & if so, can you be more specific or maybe speak to more places, including Canada?
