I'm curious about building materials.  Assuming that I can't build/rent/buy a house out of crystals.

1) If on a concrete slab foundation, should my floors be grounded by using a material  like Tile or is it better to use wood( not grounded ). Does it matter?

2) Should I build a Faraday cage around my house( with conductive paint/metal roof, to keep 5G out, or will that also block out spiritual connectivity
