Since I was a child I’ve always known I was from an intergalactic high frequency wavelength. I have had a few fully manifested ET experiences that changed my life forever. However, I’d like to establish a relationship with the GFL, and other beings of high intentions from high dimensions. How important is it to raise my own human vibration to meet theirs? I keep getting the message that in order to establish a relationship with them I need to energetically prepare my self. Anyway, my heart misses my sky family and I’d love to have them back in my life. Thank you.
@happyredman Hey. So cool to hear about your galactic family experiences. Similar for me:) I was awakened by my Galactic Family personally. It was ET contact that made me aware of the ascension. They told me what was going on then guided me to where I am now. Are you receiving messages in meditation or experiencing ET contact now? A lot of times we are contributing to the GFL without even knowing it. They are incredibly sensitive to your emotional needs. They do not want to scare anyone. They like to have contact with us under the terms that make us feel most comfortable. For some of us that means at a distance. Instead of by your bedside maybe they are in a craft above your house. Stuff like that. I experienced trauma myself when it happened in 2020. I was abducted as a child too, so I have trauma attached to ET contact. I think it's about being prepared enough energetically to not be adversely affected by direct visitation. You'll notice a very distinct energy difference. Your body may have effects like rapid heart rate, adrenaline etc. As we raise our vibration and activate that becomes more tolerable. Maybe that's the message for you? If you're patient than maybe you won't experience any trauma or adverse emotional effects. I learned the hard way but I had no choice. They came to me. We all will be able to contribute more directly to the GFL soon. Our job is to raise our vibs, activate our energy centers and anchor in 5th dimensional energies into the Crystalline grid. Once that is fully activated then we'll have more of an opportunity to interact directly with the GFL. Remember too, the GFL is just our Galactic Families anyways. If you were contacted by your ET family in reality you're already interacting with the GFL. Hope this helps.
