Earth Cabals Attempt to Expand to other Worlds

I follow a website run by Mari Swaruu, Queen of Tageta.  According to her, there was an attempt to kill her and take control of her world.  Earth cabal members had infiltrated her High Council and were planning on a soft invasion when they were caught by the military , stopped, and arrested.  She put out a request for all Pleades M45 star members to check for similar situations.  After a number of investigations, numerous worlds discovered over 800 Earth cabal members implanted into their governments.  Question is, why is the Galactic Federation allowing this to happen?
