Dental health and fluoride
I'd like to ask the GFL about dental health since it's something we all must take part in as humans.
There has been a lot of push-back lately regarding fluoride toothpaste. Can fluoride really hinder the third eye? Also, I am concerned about the heavy metals used in certain dental fillings and implants. Do these metals really lose a threat to our human bodies, and if so, what actions can we take to mitigate the risks of fluoride and/or heavy metals.
- (I had an endodontist appointment today and it got me thinking about this.)
I just started using Boka nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Non-toxic and rebuilds enamel. So far, so good. I have a looooot of weird dental issues due to a hyperactive immune system and don't need any more chemicals in my life! NHA is becoming more and more mainstream, don't let Big Fluoride win.

Fluoride is very harmful to the body and the pineal gland. And unlike popular belief, your enamel and teeth can heal themselves. There are natural fluoride free toothpastes out there that can help re-mineralize and restore your enamel.
These are my two favorite toothpastes.
