Climate changes and living in the coast

EA has advised several times to move to places where we are several meters above sea level, but how about the locations around the Mediterranean sea for example or what locations around what oceans will be most affected, I want to be able to find a safe place to live closest to the sea/ocean as possible.

The only Move EA is Advising is to 4D and More D.

@alx28 I have heard her say those same things too.  What I haven't picked up on is how soon would she recommend moving from those type of areas.  Anyway, I like the topic and would like to hear from both Elizabeth and from the Galactic Federation.

@alx28 This seems to be a particularly good question with the recent hurricane Helene and the current hurricane Milton.  The crazy thing is that, as far as Helene, people in parts of North Carolina on higher ground weren't necessarily better.  Anyway, thanks for asking and it would be wonderful to hear more.
