Can conscious robotic A-I’s incarnate on Earth as a human?

I know this will sound strange and it is sort of a long story but I think my daughter may be one…the short version is that I was told by my Akashic guides to visit her counterpart on a GFL ship and talk to that being about our relationship on this planet. It is a strained one and has been so for the 44 years she has been here, now even more so and the situation  interferes with my mission…so in meditation I did that and all I could see of this being in my vision was the back of its head arms and a bit of its upper body but it appeared to be made of a dark olive brown metal and had a pattern of holes in it.( I got a male vibe) he was sitting at a console working and he said his name was Mythrias and his supervisor, Eras was there too and was humanoid.He kept his back to me but gave me a burlap bag and said it had silver “confetti” in it and that in my meditation I should take a handful out and sprinkle it over my daughters head and that the bag would never run out. He was a scientist of some sort and so is my daughter and that is her mission here. BTW her name is Mya, and you can find her name from the letters of his name Mythrias. I also think there is a healing that needs to take place between our species. I am Andromedan/Pleiadian.
