Astral Spiders and Octopuses

How do we get these off of our bodies? Even when I get a cleaning, it feels like they are still on.  I can physically feel them on me.  Do we need to Astral travel to a healer in space to get them removed?  Can we learn how to remove them ourselves?  If so, will you teach me?
