Ashtar Command

Have you EA been in contact with other Galactic Federations? I have had contact with Ashtar by Gaia during a meditation and he gave me a symbol in the palm of my hands for me when I do my energy work. I couldn't see the symbol because the symbol was such a bright white light. I got such a calm loving vibration from Gaia and Ashtar during this meditation and I just wonder if what I experienced was real. I looked up Ashtar and I found his name and image on the internet and he kind of looked like the pictures I have seen not quite but very similar and I read he is the leader if the Ashtar Command. Can I trust this as a real entity Ashtar and this particular entity Ashtar is the Ashtar of a Galactic Command?
