Are there many different answers to a question depending on some factors? What factors in that case?

Somebody said in some GFL meeting that the GFL can only answer a quastion in the same vibration that the question has? What does that mean? 

What decides the vibration of a question then?

What kind of questions would the GFL want us to ask if we want to keep a high vibration on questions and the whole GFL meeting etc?
