Many people have been abducted over the years and in some cases implanted with some sort of technological device. What are the various reasons for the abductions? How do they choose who to abduct and what is the reason for the implants? Also are these abductions done by both good and nefarious aliens?

hey blanematus. most real abductions (not those performed by governments or made up stories) happen in spiritual level. the abductee's collective consciousness/spirit accepts to participate in such experiences. the purpose of implants are to track physical changes through different situations or time lines.
