Who decided to become our Universe?

Dear Elizabeth, 

What I understood is that we develop ourselves, in multiple lifetimes and that through all of the dimensions.

When we finish that proces, then we can decide to go back into Source or begin to devellop our own Universe.

So I'm curieus to know, who was our Universe, when she/he was a human being/ galactic Soul?

Is there more to say about this topic? 

I'm so curieus what we can learn from this information.
