when will the matrix symtoms stop?

I have been experiencing so many glitches in the matrix. two of which have crazy out comes. one was trying to find my cell phone looking all over the place especially checking my pockets on my hoodie. then again later the same day finding it on the same hoodie that I checked several times before and found nothing. another is consciously putting my handicap placard in my glove compartment and locking it. later going for my placard and it not being there when I know I put it there.
