When I am constantly on Vacation in my dreams

I know this isn’t a bad thing, but a great thing! In my dreams I am always on vacation. Does this mean that I am working too hard that I don’t want to be there? Or is this my vacation calling me every night. In my dreams I have people that have passed, aliens, all trying to just live together without an interaction. Thank you for letting me share!
