Utilizing the powers of the animal kingdom to help with everything.

I was wondering if we could utilize the powers of the animal kingdom to help raise the vibration of the planet and the population?  .  To communicate with the whole animal kingdom and the elementals, and include them in on the mission to take over the shadow government, raise the vibration, heal the planet etc.   Not sure if anyone has thought of that.  They're not just bystanders at the mercy of whatever happens are they? Maybe they can help with the powers and resources that they have and would want to, but nobody has bothered to ask, or tap into them and their capabilities.
