I know you have said alot of auto immune issues are related to being out of body too much. Now is that the same situation for being very uncomfortable in your own skin? This is an issue I have struggled with since I was a teenager. I know in no way am I'm obese, I'm acutually an athlete, but have always struggled to get out of that mindset. Some days are better than others but have never been able to beat it. Why is that and what tools are best to deal with this? Is that being out of body too much or a past life thing? Or just a crazy 3d thing.
Hey, since I'm learning a lot about the nervous system right now maybe the videos of Irene Lyon on yt will help you in this... Did some form of trauma occur when u where a teenager?

@acesiva hi sorry for the slow response... no trauma as a kid or a teen that I can think of. I've always have been a very sporty active person. My weight has always been like of normal proportions.... but definitely this has been something that has carried through life to date to the point of times I have issues picking an outfit that won't pull or be too tight in all the trigger points
