Dear EA,
Okay, you have experienced similar (traumatic) events in different lives and you come back to earth to relive it again to learn from it and to clear your karma. But why does this necessarily have to be purified and healed in the physical body? Can't I just choose to heal this when I'm dead without a body? Or that I choose to purify this by, for example, transforming the "karma" into light through meditation? without having to experience it all over again in 3d? or through your dreams?

@petra-verbaas I can answer you as a QHHT practitioner (hypnosis) with the experience that I Have of Karma when we visit past lives and heal karma. I am also answering you with the knowledge I drew from Dolores Cannon's books.
you have to incarnate here or on other planets to EXPERIMENT situations, traumas, situations and it is only when the lesson is LEARNT/LEARNED that you can move on and not have to live it again.
You have to LIVE it, to go THROUGH it in real life in order to transmute it/clear it.
For example if you have betrayed someone in a past life, when you die you will the movie of your life, you will know that next time you will have to fix things with that person, you can't just say "OK I got it, I have been really bad, I am aware of it , please forgive me " . You have to fix that in person.
Life is a wonderful journey isn't it ? 😉
