TINNITUS. Follow up question to your answer recently

Hello! Recently you mentioned that tinnitus can be experienced by people who are clare-audient and not ready to hear spirits etc, or something to that effect.  I'm just wondering if that would be the case in someone who developed tinnitus from having hearing damage as well. Something that started and won't go away. Just wondering if it could potentially go away when one would be "ready" to hear spirits, even if the original tinnitus was from loud sounds/ hearing damage. Thank you!
