Sleep Walking?
- Are there any negative implications that make a person sleep walk?? Not only trauma but something else?
Searching the Cosmic Awareness Communications (CAC) master index, I found this excerpt about "Sleep walking" from issue 2007-12 "All About Sleepwalking". You'll likely have to order the issue to get the full story.
page 4-)it is the low self, the subconscious that directs an individual to sleepwalk. When an entity goes to sleep, the conscious mind, the aspect of the trinity of self known as the middle self goes to sleep, it doesn't go to sleep but rather vacates the body at the appropriate time. The role of maintaining the body in the stasis called sleep is left to the low self, and the normal condition is that the low self will use this period of time to refresh the body, to re-energize it through the dormant period when the body recharges the organs, the muscles, the tissues, the bones; all are rejuvenated during this sleep period. At the same time, the mind, the middle self departs the body and travels interdimensionally. It goes into the reality known as the dream world, the dreamscape, where many adventures can be held and perceived, where they can be seen to be independent of physical reality, so that an individual is able to do the most amazing things, completely not at the mercy of physical rules and laws, for the High Self and the middle self are in a state that does not correspond at the time to third-dimensional reality. The middle self can connect to the High Self, which always lives in the 4th-5th dimensional realm, and it can be guided and taught by the High Self at this time. Equally, it is free to have all manner of adventures and experiences that sometimes are understood and perceived as dreams when the entity wakens back into physical reality. There are many levels of dreams. Some are true reflections of the individual and are meant to be lessons for the individual, so upon reflecting, great truths can be learned and great understanding received. Some however, are merely the adventures of the middle self as it plays in this non-corporeal landscape, this interdimensional place of dreams, and these adventures and this place of fun and entertainment is completely free and open to whatever experiences are needed...
