What is your understanding of someone who has the RH Negative Blood type and why is there a small percentage of humans who have it- I think like only 15%

@jen-2-0 I like this question. I also am curious why such a small percentage of people have it, why, etc. I would like to put my two cents in and say if you haven't done this, I would recommend putting this question in the Ask GF section. In addition to Elizabeth, I would love to hear the perspective of the Galactic Federation.
