I remember you said you have raynauds. I also remember you said you channeled that it’s actually a good thing to be in the cold, and you were surprised because you don’t like it , hahahaha. Same with me. But I’ve found out that ice baths and cold showers actually reset our nervous system and do something to our spine which is obviously our center for our chakras and help promote ascension. I have raynauds too and I’ve been analyzing it. Do you think when we get numb it’s actually an energetic upgrade of some sort , and energy is flowing into us within that coldness and our physical vessel just gets numb and reacts like that because it’s a lot of energy? When the bottom of my feet get numb , I now visualize that it’s just white light flowing into my body . Wonder if you’ve channeled more info on this!!
