Up until recently before I really started diving into quantum mechanics, the quantum field, quantum biology, etc., I was always told or shown that in order to heal past traumas that are embedded in our cells, physical and emotional bodies, DNA, from past lives and the current life, etc. (especially traumas that have to do with suppressed emotions in order to survive from childhood forward - which are the majority of mine that I’m aware of from this life), you need to fully feel the emotions and completely let them process and move through the body and then release them while holding space for them.

However, the more I delve into the quantum topic and how manifestation works, I feel like the way of healing I just mentioned is more rudimentary and lower level than what is accessible to us all through the quantum field.

Why would we need to spend the time and energy to let these emotions come up, feel them completely, move them through and out of the body when all we really need to do is to keep our vibration high, and learn how to access the quantum field to manifest our reality which would include complete healing of the physical, emotional, and mental bodies… complete alignment? "It is already done …"

I understand there’s value in the healing method I just mentioned regarding feelings, but is it really necessary once you’ve up leveled in your consciousness to understand the quantum and how manifestation works? Going through the process of bringing the emotions up from the trauma, letting myself feel them and then release them is going to lower my vibration automatically because I’m thinking and feeling those denser energies from traumas which will bring up emotions like despair, unworthiness, sorrow, anger, shame, guilt, etc. I would then reparent and love myself through this process, to re-write a new core belief surrounding the trauma, which would in turn result in healing. But now I’m thinking maybe that’s not necessary anymore.

I’m not trying to shortcut my healing or skip things that need to be done that are important, I’m just coming more from a place of curiosity. My intuition tells me that this is correct, that if I was really able to expand my consciousness and raise my vibration consistently enough, having to do the work with the emotional body, which would also release the ailments of the physical body, would no longer be needed. Almost like that’s one of the old ways of healing and we now have access to the higher realms of healing in the quantum, all we have to do is choose that reality and shift into that timeline.

Please let me know your thoughts if you can. Blessings your way EA! 🙂
