Quantum Entanglement with other People

Why do we quantum entangle with some people and not others (that's how it feels experientially) I recently dated two different guys (not at the same time). The first guy I am still quantum entangled with as we have telepathic communication, I dream about him tonnes, and I get lots of synchronicities about him. Where second guy after him I dated I had also a connection with me (not as strong as the first one) but I have had none of those experiences really. I wonder why we quantum entangle strongly with some people and not others? What does this mean? Thanks
