Dear Elizabeth, in your recent post on potential invasions of benevolent and malevolent ETs and more from other universes, the urgent question that comes to mind/heart is how do we as humans protect ourselves and stay balanced? Actually, this applies to everything going on in our 3D world.
Are we not to use the Light? This is a force, vibration and frequency that we all should be able to invoke and access through meditation, right? This comes from the Source, enlightened beings of the Light, as I understand it, and not from the GFL? Pls speak to this.
