Project Bluebook - false alien invasion

I’ve been told by some psychics that next year in 2024 there is going to be a false alien invasion and that there will be major death and destruction in every major city. Is this true? I choose not to put my energy into believing this because I find it so dark and negative. But should I prepare for something like this? And how the heck do you even prepare? It’s not like I can move to a place with land and live off grid, I don’t have that option. thank you
