Neutralizing Karma and Programming

Hi EA! In one of your videos about Karma, you talked about how humans need to “confront and unlock it in a specific way?" How exactly? Especially for those in the horrid unfortunate circumstances you mentioned about sex trafficking? How could someone in those awful circumstances unlock it (so they don't have to come back and experience it again). How would someone in those conditions take "responsibility" for it? Or even know that's what they need to do. I’m just curious of the action or thought action to neutralize our karma. There's naturally prayer and intention. Thanks kindly.
