Network Disruptions

Elizabeth has spoken of many disruptions in 2024.  There is word out by some of the public "intuitives", who supposedly have tapped into the GFL, that the recent AT&T outages were caused by the interference of universal negative forces in collaboration with dark elites on Earth.  Further such outages are being planned for March.  Apparently, the GFL is taking steps to mitigate this.  Is there any truth to this?
