Natural Talent

How much is a natural talent or giftedness a part of our soul, whether it be memories or past life talents, vs human talent and ability.  I know some people just know how to draw or play an instrument and it's muscle memory. Like prodigy kids who can play motzart at 3 years old.  Others may come from a human DNA lineage of singers, actors or artists. Or they say things like "farming is in my blood" and it's just something they feel drawn to. Just curious on the relationship between those things and if one is more prominent than another.
