Lights in the night sky.

I’ve been seeing 2 stars or lights in the night sky for 8 years, when I look at one it will bounce around back and forth. I’ll wave and send love, it’s amazing. The other light will do the same. Sometimes they are very active! Can you tell me who they are? I’ve been awake for those 8 years. 72 years old! Thank you.
