Is the solar flash inevitable?

According to Corey Goode the solar flash is inevitable with a probable timeline of 2033-2034 given for the event. He says he was given this information from a faction of the new earth guardians, the Zulu. He also states that any ET groups saying we are ascending on our own at a pace well enough so that we do not need this event any longer are simply fooling us and that they are working with compromised corrupt forces. He also mentions that all benevolent ET’s would not contact us directly, rather they would interact instead with our higher selves and through our dream time. What are your thoughts?
