Is sickness/illness a miss belief in our consciousness ?

If we are the whole and pure and the answer is within us for everything, did we collectively bring about illness and sickness by our miss believes that we are not whole and perfect ??

if collectively we decided that we are whole and prefers would illness exist ?  

Can we can over ride anything in our reality if we are alignment with our higher self (regarding health) ??
