How can we transmute feelings that are so deep within us that we rarely ever feel them?

Well, never mind. I have since found out that my assumption was wrong - it is actually possible to transmute feelings without even feeling them! All I need to do is to sit on the sofa, and state "I transmute my fear of [...]" or "I transmute the fear that is causing this symptom" and then all by itself my body will begin taking deep breaths and moving from side to side or backwards and forwards until it's done. It can take a long time if there is a lot to transmute, and if it is deep fear then it may briefly come up to the surface (without me making any effort to try and bring it up). At some point the movement will suddenly and quite clearly come to an end, then I know it's done.
Once I discovered that I could do this, I tried transmuting other things too - toxins, antinutrients, viruses, bacteria, fungi, mites, inflammation - and found that this works really well too! I'm still in the process of discovering what else I can do. It seems I can also convert one substance into another (transmuting just makes things disappear, you have to say "convert" if that's what you want to do), create substances out of thin air, adjust the pH of water, raise the frequency of my food and repair damage inside my body. All just by issuing commands like "I do this, I do that" and then waiting while it's happening.
I wonder why nobody else seems to know that this is how we can do such things. Or whether not many people have this ability activated?
In any case, I'm grateful to EA for being one of the voices that has been reminding me of how powerful I am.

@anna1 Great job on your transmutation. Divine Alchemy 🪄  ❤️ 💡 . You’re really practicing your alchemy and being very creative with it. As mentioned you can transmute anything. Swapping polarities from negative to positive poles. That’s all transmutation is. Swapping Polarities like from hot to cold, dark to light, low to high vibration, negative to positive energy. That’s truly what transmutation is as it relates to the energy work you’re doing. Obviously you’re an energy worker. My hearts rooted in energy work. Out of all the stuff that we can all do now energy work is the most natural for me. You’re naturally gravitating to energy work, applying it at an advanced level. Wow, on transmuting toxins, viruses and those types of things. That’s awesome. It’s a trip what all we can transmute.Transmuting timelines, portals, leylines and other things. It’s amazing thinking about it all and what we can do energetically.
