Help Identifying Constellation Markings on my body

Good morning! Hey stargazers, I need some help please. I have 2 different freckle patterns on my body that look like constellations. I've had them all my life but haven't been able to pinpoint them. Just wondering if they're constellations or simply unique freckles. 🙂

One is on the center of my stomach, the other is on my upper right thigh.
