Grey being visitation

Hi EA! I have a specific example that may have happened to many of us but wanted to check in here. A few months ago I had a dream and was visited by 2 grey beings. I have never had an alien dream until this and it was very very vivid. They were at my bed asking me if I wanted to go with them I believe they said for healing. I could not tell if they were of the light or not. I tried to feel into their vibration and it felt neutral or I just couldn’t feel it. I asked them to leave. I am concerned I gave up an upgrade or healing. Are you able to feel into this to see what really happened there? Thanks for all you do!
