So this morning as I was stirring in bed I got woken up by a loud scream that sounded like it was right behind my head. Like a loud man's scream. It was so super realistic but I knew as soon as I was awake that it wasn't real but it was real enough to wake me up. It was super weird and the first time ive experienced something like this.
Has anyone else ever had this?
I tried to good it and apparently it's something called "exploding head syndrome" 🤔 supposedly most people hear bangs, explosions, thunder.
Is there an alternative energetic explanation to this?

I hear a voice every once in a while that sounds like it's next to me and causes me to wake up with an alertness thinking that someone is in my room. It's been a female or a male voice calling my name. Sometimes it's just a random word. Like 2 mornings ago I heard the word "GO".
I do live next to a cemetery, so I just assume that it's a random spirit passing through messing with me. Or it could be my guides. I don't know. But I have never felt afraid of them.
