Energy for your guide

What is the amount of energy it costs your guide to connect with you?  

If it is a part of your soul? If it is a dead spirit? 

Or when its a parallel life?

( Is a parallel life a guide?) 

What can you do that it costs less energy of your guide or how can you give more energy to your guide? And how can your team of guides help eachother to divide the energy, or support eachother? My guides did find giving me reiki to them usefull. What can I do more?
