Dreams and astral travel

Hi EA I have a question about what's happening in my dreams. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a cosmic soup almost with an mis mosh of things happening around me. But occasionally like last night I'll have a dream where something bigger happens and it feels more important to pay attention to. In This one, I was next to a woman and she had trouble breathing and said I'll see you up there. And I woke myself up. I'm not sure if that means someone in my life might have a health related fatal thing hapoen or if it's for me. thank you so much for being you!
