Dream within dreams

Hi EA!

I watched your Quantum Human and How to be Psychic workshops! Love love love! I experienced lucid dreaming after that (not the first time in my life though) and the  lucid dream after the workshops was a dream within a dream but it happened at least 25 dreams within dreams and very well could have been more. The first 5 dreams that I woke up in my dream I didn’t understand I was still dreaming for about a dream min lol. Then when I would wake up in my dream after that I would be like okay I’m still dreaming and then I would instantly run outside or do something fun and crazy. I had to get to an appointment in my real life and I knew that when I was in the dreams so I kept saying okay, I need to wake up for real this time to make it in time! And I would still wake up in the dream. I met a few beings and once I was going to try to fly but before I jumped off a balcony I realized I felt cold air on my human body and I was nervous I was actually acting out my dreams in real life. The very first dream I had my cat was puking in the trash and One of the beings was scared of my flashlight on my phone. I can’t remember all 25+ times I woke up I just know it was an unbelievable amount of times. When I actually woke up I felt incredibly weird like everything was fake and I was floating. It felt stale lol. My house seemed sooo much messier than before I laid down to lucid dream. I also felt like I was lucid dreaming for 50 years. The last dream I woke up in was a futuristic place. The building I woke up in was all glass and I ran outside and it felt like it was the future. There was a girl outside and we talked and she told me we were located physically in Canada but the land has moved geographically quite a bit because of the moon’s gravitational pull. This other girl showed up and said she was from the UK and didn’t know how she got there. I was very interested in their conversations so much but I knew I had to leave to get to acupuncture. I apologized, excused myself and that’s when I finally woke up! I had about 5min to get out of the house! When I walked into my kitchen my cat had puked next to the trash can. My flashlight on my phone was on but my phone was on the other side of the room while I was asleep. Also, my front door was unlocked and I never leave it unlocked especially while I sleep because I had a brake in last year. At my acupuncture appointment the needle in my 3rd eye was wiggling by itself not in a rhythm but as if something grabbed it and slowly wiggled it for about 5 min. I also saw music or sounds as colors for about 20min while I had the needles in. Then nothing. Since then I have been extremely tired, unmotivated, almost emotionless. I haven’t even been able to meditate, remember my dreams, astral travel, clean lol, or do anything that I use to like to do (no, it’s not depression lol), and I sleep 10-12 hours every night now when it was only 7-8hours before. What’s happening?? I made sure to surround myself with positive white light, I cut cords, made protective energetic intentions with that crazy lucid dream.
