Discerning and handling different types of negative thoughts and emotions
Hi EA, I am having trouble navigating my clearing and protection practices as I get confused with how to discern what's past life stuff coming up to be observed and released, or what's other people's stuff around me that I'm absorbing and need to protect myself from, or what's outside targeted negative interference, or when I might be being psychically attacked? How do I tell the difference between negative feelings of different kinds. I'm not sure if you would handle them all the same ways so I'm confused as to what to do half the time or what's working or not.

@lynp-2 thanks Lynn I'll check them out. So frustrated these days as I'm not sure why I'm feeling so bad like major frustration and confusion in my gut and chest and fearful feelings in the middle of the night and I don't know what to do. I pray for help and protection I practice clearing and protection techniques, meditations, I keep suffering and don't know where it's coming from so don't know exactly what to focus on or what I"m doing right or wrong or what. It's been going on for months. I can't stand it any longer. But thanks maybe these will help me figure it out. hugs
