Hi EA, I was wondering since GFL volunteers come into a physical body, do you the process on how the soul gets to the body such as how the vessel is made (natural birth) such as contracts or do they replace a earth soul in order to incarnate on earth. (Also do the shadow government follow the same process?)

@quinterosjason419 I know some are replacement souls (walk ins). Always contracted by both incoming and outgoing. Unknown by me about shadow government.
