Clones - neural pathways/brain development?

Something that is bothering me about the concept of cloning... DNA is one thing, but what about all the neural pathways needed in the human brain to do something as simple as talking or walking (let alone singing or dancing)? It takes years of experience living in the world for children's brains to build the connections to do this stuff, so how can a clone become fully functional in 6 months? The Michael Jackson clones for instance, how could they sing/dance like MJ did?
