Clearing energy and cutting cords before channeling

@lighthealer_arkie thanks for the tips! I do wonder what kind of cords we have to cut before practicing. It feels a bit different than having a hygiene practice for relationships. And so does cutting cords equals clearing ones energy?

@julia-duban No I first cut all cords, and then clear my energy. Or vice versa, it doesn't matter. Possible new cords with loved ones will be filled or cleared with this new energy.

"All cords" mean connections with everyone you ever met, everyone else that reached out to you or thought about you, everyone you thought about, in present and past lives. Maybe connections with pet animals or objects like crystals, or "familiy members" like your car, bike or your house, or your work company. 

Ok, it's pretty clear for cords cutting. What about clearing energy ? How we do it? ^^

@julia-duban First connect with source, with akashic, with Earth center (and your solar plexus). Then invite white light from Source into your system. I always let it spiral, counter clockwise. Shouldn't be Important but hey. After the body I fill my aura with the Source light. (Assuming the unwanted energies go down into the Earth chakra)

So I hope this is the last one, why and how do you connect to the Akashic records? And which ones ? The Earth ? The Universe ? Mine ? ^^'

@julia-duban It is always good to ask more questions, this is a forum, so everyone can read and learn. I visualize a vertical line or tube, from Source at the top (center of the universe) then Akashic records around the Earth (the combined knowledge and history) then my solar plexus  (3rd chakra) then (the crystal) center of the Earth. But only because it is easy to visualize.

In fact, Source is everywhere. Biggest chance it's located inside your heart chakra. Or, literally everywhere. Same for the akashic records. Always thought it's located in the 8th or 9th chakra. But it has no location in the 3D world. It's all around us. As it contains the combined knowledge of the whole universe, it cannot be restricted to this planet.  But if we use the intention, that's all we need.
